Researcher, Entrepreneur, Builder

I am a PhD Research Scholar at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), where my work sits at the intersection of optimization, operations research, and artificial intelligence. My research focuses on building decision systems that can handle the complexity of real-world scheduling, resource allocation, and strategic planning.

Outside of academia, I co-founded Prefero AI in 2018 to bring optimization research into healthcare scheduling, and Problemo in 2020 to help organizations systematically manage climate challenges. Through Decide AS, I work with businesses to build high-performance websites that drive measurable results.
